Hurricane Jose strengthens into Category 2 storm

Jose is right behind Irma Irma continues to bear down on the northern coast of Hispaniola as it heads towards the Turks and Caicos. What's terrifying is that Jose is strengthening right along the same path as Irma was a week ago. It's now a Category 2 storm, according to the NHC.
