NHC says - Maria becomes a hurricane

From the US National Hurricane Center, an upgrade for Maria  - The government of Antigua and Barbuda has issued a Hurricane Warning for St. Kitts, Nevis, and Montserrat. Its looking like the hurricane will not strike the US mainland, but obviously plenty of weather in store for those islands named above.
