Russian inflation falls to record low in August data

Russian CPI misses estimates Russia reports that August inflation was a record low 3.3% compared to 3.7% expected and 3.9% a month earlier. The central bank meets next week and is almost certain to cut rates, perhaps by more than 25 bps.
