US NEC Director Cohn: We think we'll get above 3% growth

Speaking on CNBC Gary Cohn Director of the National Economic Council is on CNBC talking about tax reform: Cohn is touted as a candidate for the Fed chair position.  His comments are nothing new.  The challenge will be as they pick the plan apart.
