US UN Ambassador Haley: U.N. has exhausts options on North Korea

UN General Assembly meeting this week Nikki Haley- US UN ambassador - said on Sunday on CNN that the U.N. Security Council has run out of options on containing North Korea's nuclear program.   She added that the US may have to turn the matter over to the Pentagon.
