Irish prime minister Leo Varadkar says progress being made on Brexit

Irish PM Varadkar speaking in parliament Cable not jumping on these comments. Not that we're all surprised, I presume. There's been a lot of Brexit talks over the last two days, but basically most people would agree that yesterday's talks/rumours were more promising than the official comments made today.
