UK Brexit minister Davis on the wires 21 Nov - wants to be able to sign new trade deals during transition period, ready to enact when it ends - ready to begin talks whenever EU is Oh dear , it's oh so tiresome eh? Peacock-suiting and blame-gaming will get the two sides nowhere fast.
