US cautions against using Lebanon as a venue for a proxy conflict

There is talk PM Hariri is being held against his will in Saudi Arabia US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson released a statement on Lebanon that cautioned against using the country for a proxy conflict. It says there is no legitimate role in the country for any foreign forces.
