Dollar is higher as focus shifts back to tax cuts

Tumble on faulty Flynn news reversed The dollar is to open higher after the ABC news reports on Friday that Michael Flynn was instructed by Trump to contact Russia before the election, were in fact false. The report should have said, Flynn was instructed to contact Russia AFTER the election.
