Pound jump: Ireland, UK are 'very close' to border deal - report

GBP spikes An Irish official cited by Reuters said Ireland and Britain are 'very close' to a Brexit border deal and that things are 'moving quickly'. The official said it seems a deal will be reached within 'hours'.
