Some comments from one of the BOJ region branch managers - 15 January 2018 Earlier in the day, the BOJ raised economic expectations in 3 of Japan's 9 regions . Rumours are also saying that the BOJ is expected to raise its current year GDP forecasts in its upcoming meeting on 23 January.
