South Korea said to be waiting for a second phone call with North Korea later today

News out on the wires Earlier in the day, North Korea and the two countries had a phone call which spanned over 20 minutes. Among the topics discussed was the olive branch offered by North Korea and a meet during the Winter Olympics.
