Senate Republican Cornyn: "I am confident will pass this bill, probably on Tuesday."

Speaking on ABC's "This Week" The No. 2 Senate Republican, John Cornyn (Texax-R) said on ABC's "This Week" that he "is confident" Congress will pass this bill.  He expects it to be done on Tuesday.
