European equities slightly higher at the start of trading

European stocks picking up some of the vibes from Asian trading Elsewhere, in Asian markets, we see the Hang Seng index close 0.4% on the day at 31,011.41. Earlier, we had the Shanghai Composite and CSI 300 indices both close the day 0.1% and 0.7% higher on the day.
