S&P 500 hits a fresh record high

Index up 11 points to 2759 There were some nervous equity traders as it had been nearly 48 hours since the S&P 500 hit a record high. They can rest easy now as the S&P 500 climbed above Tuesday's high to a fresh all-time high.
