Silver Technical Analysis: H4 & Daily Outlook (Nov 4)

Silver (SILVER) trades at 52.030 on the four-hour (H4) chart, showing active positive price movement and an attempt to break out of the prevailing bearish trend. The price is challenging the boundaries of existing downward channels and key pivot levels, reflecting a gradual shift in momentum toward buyers.

On the H4 chart, the price is testing the upper boundary of both the primary blue bearish channel and the secondary pink-red bearish channel. A strong bullish candle has broken through the secondary channel's upper boundary, forming a higher local low and challenging the established bearish structure.

The price has consolidated above the weekly pivot point at 50.830, opening a clear path toward the first weekly resistance (Weekly R1) at 52.830. Additional upside resistance levels are located at 56.570 (Weekly R2) and 58.570 (Weekly R3).

On the downside, the weekly pivot at 50.830 now acts as immediate support, followed by intraday lows at 49.315–48.390. The pivotal support is situated at 47.090, which aligns with the Weekly S1 level and the lower boundary of the trading range.

The primary bullish scenario anticipates continued upward momentum as long as the asset holds above the 50.830 weekly pivot. Analysts recommend buying on corrective pullbacks toward the 51.200–50.830 range, targeting resistance at 52.830, 54.800, and 56.570.

The alternative bearish scenario activates if selling pressure resumes and causes a confirmed H4 candle close below 50.830. Such a breakdown would invalidate the breakout and target the intraday support at 49.315 followed by the Weekly S1 level at 47.090.

On the daily timeframe, silver trades near 52.045 inside a descending channel, exhibiting a corrective upward rebound from the lower channel boundary. Recent daily candles illustrate a successful bounce and sustained buying momentum attempting to test nearby pivot levels.

The primary daily outlook targets a test of the Monthly Pivot at 53.317, with a successful break potentially extending the rally toward the first Monthly Resistance (Monthly R1) at 57.803. Conversely, failure of the rebound could send prices back toward the first Monthly Support (Monthly S1) at 44.603.

Given the inherent volatility of commodity markets, traders are advised to maintain strict risk management protocols. Limiting exposure to a maximum of 2% per trade and utilizing precise stop-loss orders remains essential for portfolio protection.
