European equities open mixed on the day

European stocks undecided at the open, following yesterday's solid gains Too early to tell anything from here, but a rather subdued opening for European equities. Earlier in the day, we had Australia's ASX 200 close 0.54% higher, and the Shanghai Composite and CSI 300 both closed higher by 0.9% and 1.3% respectively.
