More German regional Dec CPI data (Brandenburg, Hesse, Bavaria)

More regional CPI releases in Germany ahead of the overall number later today - 29 Dec 2017 Some mixed numbers there, but follows a similar theme to the Saxony report earlier - whereby we see a better m/m reading but the y/y readings are slightly lower than prior reports.
