Saudi fiscal cap downgraded to 'huge' from 'enormous'

Saudi fiscal deficit Saudi Arabia's government has been running a very large deficit since the collapse in oil prices. They've begun to reign it in this year and the state news agency says it fell this year to 8.9% of GDP from 12.8% in 2016.
